A:CtS - Line Em Up

Chasing the Sun is a fan-project that takes place before the events of Avatar: the Last Airbender. It's a darker story about human trafficking and the world of assassination during a time of war.

Atka (At-ka) | (Northern) Water Tribe, Nonbender | 6' 0", 34
A laid back pirate and comrade of Rilu's. Somehow it's always him to bail Rilu out of most tight spots. He tends to find the little things in life the most enjoyable, and goes wherever the wind takes him. He has a fondness for rich colors, fabrics, and jewelry. A gaudy pirate indeed.

Yrai (Yuh-Rye) | Fire Nation, Bender | 5'11", 27
Hot-tempered and grouchy, her childhood revolved heavily around the military and influenced her upbringing, so she is not the most gentle or forgiving. Despite her short fuse getting her into trouble, she usually has the fire-power to back it up.

Ti Jinh "TJ" (Tee-Jinn) | Sand Tribe, Bender | 5'9", 24
A calm, gentle young man with a stoic but hopeful look about him. He's solitary and passive unless it's not on his behalf, where his bravery really shines. He works as a blacksmith and glassblower, one of his favorite hobbies.

Sei'Zin "Sei" (Say-zinn) | Earth Kingdom, Nonbender | 5'5", 18
Eeriely quiet and unnerving with her unblinking stare, Sei is one of Kye's assassin comrades. She is a skilled medic, herbologist, and is one of their fastest members. She is usually seen with her catowl companion, Ootu. She's actually rather sarcastic when she opens her mouth.

Rilu (Ree-loo) | (Northern) Water Tribe, Bender | 5' 4", 22
Rilu's got a knack for pick-pocketing and a bottomless appetite FOR ADVENTURE. She'll swindle some poor sap out of just about anything if she's got her eye on it, but is quick to slip out before things get ugly like a true skiddish pirate. Naturally, she attracts chaos wherever she goes because she can't help but get herself into trouble.

Well, since Ty's being all super-duper and drawing my CtS babies and getting me all amped about redesigns, I thought I'd contribute and line up my lot. This is a pretty quick piece, messy lines and flat colors, but it was insanely nice to draw them again after so long. Many look drastically different from before if you've been around a while. 8| And some barely had any screentime at all. *pats Yrai and Atka and Sei kinda too* And Rilu is most shamelessly getting porkier, yes. Why. Y'wanna fight about it?? PUNK
