OoC - Veya

Veya is a Djinni, an elven race from the south (ref linked below) as part of the fantasy world I'm helping *Tyshea out with. I totally recommend reading her artist comments of the below deviation (and Reta's) if you want to know a bit more about the design basis for this race!

She's a light-element seer/oracle of sorts, both blessed and cursed by her uncontrollable magic and the disease that cost her both her health and her sight. However, she remains endlessly optimistic and forgiving, if not a little stubborn. She's the elder sister of Retavadi, who is currently MIA; and is under the care of the two travelling Garuda twins from the monastery both Veya and Reta would often stay as children. She may seem frail and absent minded, but she's tireless about rescuing her brother.
