TWO POSTS IN ONE DAY WHAT WAT
I was reminded that the closed beta was over, so I finally got a Pottermore account. I wanted to see my wand and house because all my buddies knew theirs! Because I'm a dork, and stuff.

As a disclaimer, I only ever finished the first book and a half, and watched all the movies. I'm terrible about keeping up with stuff, and most of my friends were far more into it than me. But right, so-

I've always self-sorted as a Ravenclaw. I still have the DA RC stamp in my journal (I'll go change that...), I'd always pick the blog banners and badges for RC. I was pretty bookish, quiet, studious in ways, a bit sarcastic and dry- especially when I first sorted myself back in high school. 90% of the HP tests I took put me in Ravenclaw, too. I liked PM's test though, it was unusual and obscure, and I stand firm in my choices.

But, Gryffindor. The one house I didn't expect to get into at all! (Glad I was never inclined to buy HP merchandise.) Speaking superstitiously, maybe the Sorting Hat sees something in me I totally don't. Maybe I'm over-thinking it and putting too much value on a silly quiz. Either way, yeah. That was a thing. I always planned on doing this meme after I got myself sorted (I'd had the RC version ready for me to draw on, oops.) so here we are.
