Another snuggly February-valentine type piece while I catch up on the original V-day drawing we were doing. If you follow my tumblr, my allergic reaction finally has cleared up and I am a functioning human again! Turns out the horrible swelling rash was the climax of the battle I ended up winning. Thank goodness. orz
This song inspired this piece quite some time ago, in the fall of last year. The chorus doesn't seem to make sense in relation to the picture as is, but for these two, it's about letting go of the past, and this piece is kind of a healing period after that experience. The song is specifically about Sam, but this scene is for both of them. Since the WIP version was in my now full PT dump, I wanted to post a finished version first. I left it a bit rough to keep the feeling, and it was really therapeutic.
Gonna post that PT dump in the coming week sometime.
